Privacy Policy (Last updated: June 16, 2025)

Who we are. Blockchain IR LLC (“we/us”) provides analytics and reporting services for client-authorized Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts.

What we collect.

From Meta APIs: Page/IG insights and metrics (e.g., impressions, reach, engagement, followers, video views) and basic Page/IG identifiers. We do not collect private messages or personal content.
From our site/app: basic technical logs (IP, device, pages viewed) and optional account info you provide (name, email).

How we use data.

To show analytics dashboards, reports, alerts, and performance trends.
To operate, secure, and improve our services, and to meet legal obligations.

Legal bases.

Legitimate interests (analytics for authorized assets), and/or contract (to provide the service).

Sharing.

We don’t sell data. We share only with processors that help us run the service:
– Google Cloud (BigQuery) and/or AWS (hosting/storage)
– Airbyte (self-hosted sync)
– Metabase (self-hosted BI)
These providers are bound by contracts and security obligations.

Retention.

Raw sync tables: up to 24 months (or shorter if your contract specifies).
Aggregated reports may be retained longer but contain no personal content.
We delete or anonymize when no longer needed or upon valid request.

Security.

Access control, encryption in transit/at rest (where supported), least-privilege keys, and regular reviews.

Your rights.

Where applicable, you may access, correct, delete, or export your data and object to/limit processing. Contact us (below). If we process data on behalf of a client, we’ll route your request to that client.

Children.

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable).

Meta requirements.

We use Meta’s APIs only for client-authorized assets and in line with Facebook/Instagram Platform Terms. We don’t combine Meta data with personally identifiable information for profiling without consent.

Data Deletion Instructions

If you want us to delete data obtained via Facebook/Instagram for assets you control:

Email [privacy@blockchainir.com] with subject “Delete My Meta Data” and include:
- Your name, company, and contact email
- The Facebook Page ID and/or Instagram Business Account ID
- Proof that you manage/own the asset (e.g., a screenshot of Business Settings → Assets)
We will:
- Acknowledge within 5 business days
- Verify ownership and scope
- Delete associated data from our databases and backups within 30 days (or sooner if required), except data we must retain to comply with law or enforce rights.
You’ll receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.

Note: If we process data on behalf of a client, we may direct you to the client to initiate deletion.

Not attempt to access private content or circumvent platform restrictions.
Allow us to process data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Service is provided as-is; to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties and limit liability.
